Family-owned and operated, we are a full commercial and residential remodeling company specializing in and certified for all exteriors, roofing, siding, and waterproofing, with locations in both Queens, NY, and Brooklyn, NY. We specialize in providing high-quality and affordable roof repair, gutter repair, siding replacement, and window replacement in Brooklyn and Queens, and we also serve all five boroughs and Long Island. Five Boro was born from the idea that quality home improvements shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg, and the homeowner should be educated on how to preserve and protect their biggest asset.

Both business owners have a background in home improvements, working for one of the nation’s leading high-end exterior remodelers. While there, they learned all the latest advances in roof repair and energy-efficient exterior building products, and how to properly install these components to create a finished product that not only looks incredible but is also built to last. Both were born and raised in NYC, and as you would expect from a mom-and-pop roofer, both put in unsurpassed attention to detail and customer service. I had several quotes before hiring Five Borough Remodeling and I did my homework. Paul and Jonathan were very professional. They explained that what I needed was a full tear off down to the plywood. They discovered that a sister beam has to be installed and plywood replaced after the tear off. This was the best quote I got by far for a full year off and they did it all in one day and took all the garage with them.
They were very professional Paul explained and showed me pictures of my roof. They discovered that the problem of my leak was due to the work I had done 5 years prior was incomplete left nails sticking out etc. Work was done quickly.
